Family and friends

Your family and friends may be able to help you with:

your ideas for the future
finding out about things to do in your spare time
finding out about jobs and training
filling out forms
your problems and worries.

If you find it difficult to talk to your parents about some things it may be easier to talk to someone not so close to you. There are lots of other people who can help you. You could talk to someone you trust or a teacher at school or college or your Connexions personal adviser.
